New Session Announcement - The current session is May/June but I just sent the announcement for the new Summer II Session for July/August. If you didn't get it, send me an e-mail and I blast it out to you! Based on heavy early enrollment and inquiries, I expect most classes to sell out quickly, so check the schedule and reserve your spot today! There is no need to wait for a new session--classes may be joined at any time without "missing anything!"

There are a few changes to the schedule for next session, including two (2) new weekly studio classes and a new Tuesday evening lineup:

• Tuesday evenings have been canceled for the summer. No scheduled Yoga/Fusion or W.E.W. for the time being. I hope to start Tuesday nights up again in the Fall.
• Thursday continues the newer after work Yoga/Fusion class featuring a combo of light hand weights, asanas (yoga postures, stretches), pranayama (breath work) and savasana (guided relaxation) all in a quick 45 minute after work respite for only $7 a class!
• The Saturday W.E.W. session now runs the same as all other sessions, and will begin July 13th due to the Holiday.

Severe Weather Update - It's tornado season in NE, so there isn't any confusion, I thought it best to outline the nasty weather policy for studio classes:

• 99.9% of the time Adena will be at the studio and holding classes regardless of the weather.
• If you are truly concerned about driving in the current conditions, please don't--safety first.
• You just have to let me know with as much warning as possible. Call me at 934-4500, or e-mail to adena@womensexoticworkout.com to let me know.
• If you let me know you're not going to be at class due to weather, I will offer a make-up no charge.
• If you don't let me know, don't ask for a make-up.
• Make-up classes must be completed during the current 2-month session.

W.E.W. Advanced Classes Due to popular demand, I have decided to offer a Level 3 Workshop class at least one Saturday per session, more if interest dictates. Let me know if you would like to participate in an Advanced class.
